A beverage brand asked Ace House Media to manage paid advertising for two outlets in Mumbai. The brief was focused: use the brand's existing creative assets, reach people around each outlet and drive more discovery through Instagram.

We did not create or produce the campaign creative. Our responsibility was the media: campaign structure, local targeting, budget allocation, delivery monitoring and optimisation.

Over the 30-day campaign, ₹7,058.23 in Meta ad spend generated 6,765 Instagram profile visits at ₹1.04 per visit. The account delivered 650,721 impressions. During the same period, the two outlets recorded ₹25,38,738 in POS sales from 8,809 successful orders.

The results, verified in the outlet dashboards

Sales and order figures were verified using the two outlets' POS dashboards from the same 30-day campaign period. Client identity and private account information have been redacted.

₹25,38,738 verified POS sales ÷ ₹7,058.23 Meta ad spend = 359.7x blended campaign-period ROAS

The ROAS compares verified POS sales with Meta spend from the same campaign window. It is reported as blended campaign-period ROAS because revenue was measured through the outlets' POS system rather than a Meta purchase pixel.

Ace House Media managed the paid media. The brand supplied its own visual assets, and Meta did not directly attribute every individual order.

What Ace House Media handled

The client supplied all visual creative assets. Ace House Media handled:

  • Campaign and ad-set setup
  • Location-focused targeting for two outlet markets
  • Budget allocation and delivery monitoring
  • Optimisation around Instagram profile visits
  • Performance reporting across both outlets

The case study therefore reflects paid-media management, not creative development.

The challenge

The two outlets served different local catchments. Running one broad campaign would have made it harder to understand how the budget was being distributed and whether both locations were receiving enough exposure.

The job was to build a simple outlet-level structure, use the available creative efficiently and give the brand a measurable advertising result without overspending.

The campaign approach

  1. Outlet-level campaign structure

We separated delivery around the two outlet markets instead of treating Mumbai as one audience. This allowed the campaigns to be monitored and adjusted at a local level.

  2. A clear optimisation event

The campaigns optimised for Instagram profile visits. That gave the account a concrete result to manage rather than relying on impressions or reach alone.

  3. Media optimisation using existing creative

We used the client's supplied assets and focused on distribution, cost control and delivery. The final blended cost was ₹1.04 per profile visit.

  4. Reporting tied to outlet performance

Ad results were reviewed alongside POS sales and order data from both outlets. This allowed the brand to see advertising efficiency and commercial performance in the same reporting window.

The advertising results

The Meta campaigns generated 6,765 Instagram profile visits and 145 follows from ₹7,058.23 in spend. They delivered 650,721 impressions across the reporting period.

The most useful advertising metric was the blended ₹1.04 cost per profile visit. It shows the efficiency of the media buying without assigning a purchase to Meta when the platform did not track one.

Sales and order performance

During the same 30-day period, the outlet POS records showed:

LocationPOS salesSuccessful ordersAverage order value
Outlet A₹14,08,3864,841₹290.93
Outlet B₹11,30,3523,968₹284.87
Combined₹25,38,7388,809₹288.20

The two outlets therefore recorded ₹25,38,738 in combined sales, with an average of ₹288.20 per successful order.

The 359.7x blended ROAS

Using the Meta spend and POS revenue from the same 30-day period:

₹25,38,738 in verified POS sales ÷ ₹7,058.23 in Meta ad spend = 359.7x blended campaign-period ROAS.

The figure is unusually high because the advertising budget was small relative to the total sales of two operating outlets. We call it blended campaign-period ROAS because revenue came from the outlets' POS records rather than a Meta purchase pixel.

This does not claim that paid media was the only source of every order. It shows the relationship between verified campaign-period sales and the corresponding Meta ad spend, with both inputs disclosed.

What this result shows

This was a focused local-media campaign, not a full creative engagement. Ace House Media took the assets supplied by the brand, built a location-aware campaign structure and generated thousands of measurable profile visits at a low cost.

The POS results provide the commercial context. Together, the data shows efficient paid discovery running alongside strong sales and order volume across both locations.
